2006, Visible Technologies formed a strategic partnership with WPP, one
of the world's largest communications firms. The two companies continue
to collaborate to create technology-driven marketing and communication

Team
Blake Cahill
VP of Corporate Marketing
Blake Cahill is the Vice President of Corporate Marketing for Visible Technologies. He is responsible for executing marketing strategies, thought leadership, and analyst relations to increase market and customer awareness for revenue growth. Prior to joining the company, Blake was the Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at SafeHarbor Technology Corporation, a Seattle based web-services firm, where he successfully reignited customer acquisition and retention programs, oversaw the launch of a new brand identity and significantly raised the profile of the firm with the analyst and media communities. Blake has more than 15 years of executive management experiences leading marketing, sales, product management, and customer support organizations both domestically and internationally in a variety of technology, consumer, and telecommunications companies such as AT&T, Belgacom, Qwest, SBC, and ServiceMaster.com. Through these diverse experiences Blake has witnessed the intersection that drives businesses and their results are uniquely conjoined to “listening to the customer” and he has developed some insights about the intersections of customer experience, brands, and technology. Blake holds bachelor's degrees in political science, history, and business from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island.
Adam Selig
Chief Executive Officer
Adam Selig is the Chief Executive Officer of Visible Technologies responsible for Visible's corporate and brand strategies, supervision of sales and marketing, and the relationship with its partners. Prior to joining the company, Adam was President and CEO of Broadstreet, a corporate and marketing communications firm. He was responsible for building an array of new product offerings, opening offices, and making strategic acquisitions which transformed Broadstreet into an international brand. Adam has been responsible for expanding and managing business for clients including: General Electric, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Time Warner. Adam also worked as a CPA at Ernst & Young, LLP. He has a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University and the London Business School, in a joint international program.
David Burcham
Executive Vice President, General Manager of TruCast
David Burcham is Executive Vice President of Visible Technologies. He is responsible for technology and product development including general management of TruCast, the company's innovative online conversational marketing solution. David is a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience in technology and digital media. Prior to joining Visible, David was a senior executive with Vendare Media, a leading online media and performance-based marketing company. His background also includes various executive management positions at personal computer manufacturer Micron Electronics, where he started as a senior vice president, and later moved on to become president of MicronPC and Micron Electronics International. David was also president and CEO of Internet retailer Toytime.com, president of ACT-1, a staffing and human resources firm, and Executive Vice President of sales and operations at Creative Computers/PC Mall, a direct marketer of personal computer products, where he was instrumental in the company's dramatic growth.
Jim Webber
Principal & Executive Vice President
Jim Webber is co-founder and Executive Vice President of Visible Technologies. His primary responsibilites include client services and management of TruView, the company's innovative online reputation management service. Jim has been instrumental in Visible's growth since joining the company after holding various executive positions primarily in the technology industry for the past 18 years. Prior to founding Visible, Jim was a senior vice president and general manager for a large U.S. outsourcing firm, where his responsibilities included management of marketing communications for Toyota Motors. Previously Jim was vice president of marketing for technology and manufacturing companies including Creative Computers and Multiple Zones. Jim was also formerly vice president of merchandising and marketing for one of the largest U.S. direct marketers of personal computing products where he managed an annual marketing budget of over $100 million. Jim attended Washington State University where he earned his degrees in Business and Psychology.
Mike Spataro
Vice President of Intermediary Marketing & Sales
Mike Spataro is Vice President of Intermediary Sales & Marketing for Visible Technologies. Prior to joining Visible, Mike led the interactive and new media division for Interpublic Group's two largest PR agencies - Weber Shandwick and GolinHarris. Mike was the strategic force that established the agencies as leading providers of interactive communications and consumer created content services. During his 10 years at Interpublic, Mike created a variety of award-winning interactive campaigns for some of the world's top brands, including The Walt Disney Co., MasterCard, Eastman Kodak, General Motors, Verizon, Hewlett-Packard, Hanes, and the renowned "got milk?" campaign. Mike's perspectives on the Internet and its impact on businesses and consumers have been recognized by numerous industry groups and organizations. Mike's background includes 20 years of experience in brand building, corporate public relations, product marketing publicity and journalism. Mike is a graduate of the University of Hartford where he earned a degree in mass communications.
Dean Graziano
Principal & Executive Vice President
Dean Graziano is the founder of Visible Technologies and primarily responsible for business development and strategic partnerships. Dean's entrepreneurial spirit and vision have been a driving force behind Visible's development and success as an industry leading online reputation and brand management company. Dean has over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurial ventures, including several years spent internationally developing and implementing strategies. His international background includes work for the Chinese government and Peter Burwash International, a premier instruction and motivation firm. Prior to founding Visible, Dean created and operated the Graziano International Tennis Academy in California with representatives from over 20 countries. Dean earned his BS in Management from Slippery Rock University.
Eli Weir
Chief Technical Officer
Eli Weir is the CTO of Visible Technologies responsible for meeting the technology infrastructure needs of the company, as well as leading the software development efforts of products such as TruCast™. Prior to joining Visible Technologies, Eli was the vice president of technology at Virtuoso, a $4 billion invitation-only, luxury-travel consortium based in the US and expanding globally. At Virtuoso, he played a key role in solidifying the company’s leadership in the market, ensuring technology alignment with corporate goals and driving innovative solution development. A major part of his role at Virtuoso was using his experience in agile methodologies and best practices to increase the delivery, quality and scalability of technology solutions. With more than 12 years experience on the creative edge of the technology industry and an extensive track record of accomplishments in global consulting, Eli has held senior leadership roles, both domestically and internationally, in a variety of growth-oriented technology and media companies.

Our TruCast® solution monitors in excess of 70M sources of CGM and online content -- like blogs, podcasts, videocasts, forums, discussion boards, and all major publicly available mainstream media.
