Team
Michelle Ulrich is an Online Business Manager, Internet
Marketing Strategist and International Speaker, as well as founder of
Virtual Business Marketing. She works with authors, coaches,
entrepreneurs and speakers to help them build their online platform
and get more visibility. Michelle is also the Chief Villager and Owner
of The Virtual Nation™, a grassroots organization dedicated to the
community and professional development for Virtual Assistants (VAs)
and Virtual Professionals (VPs) worldwide.
Michelle worked for Practice Pay Solutions as
their Learning Management System National Training Director. They
offer online business solutions as well as certification programs for
VAs and VPs.
Michelle is a Certified Professional Author’s
Assistant, Shopping Cart Strategist and Learning Management System
Strategist; soon, she'll be adding Social Marketing Strategist to her
list of credentials. Michelle has been an instructor at Shasta
[Community] College located in Redding, CA. She frequently consults
with educators worldwide assisting and creating Virtual Office
Professional (VOP) programs.
Michelle recently joined the leadership team
for the SacTweetup.com, as well as LeTip International and is a
current member of the Carmichael LeTip chapter. She has been a long-time
member of the International Virtual Assistant’s Association (IVAA).
In addition, Michelle serves as the Publicity Chair for the California
Business Education Association (CBEA) and is a member of the Business
Education Statewide Advisory Committee (BESAC).
After joining BESAC,
Michelle quickly stepped up from a member at large to a Steering
Committee member. She also served as a sub-committee chairperson for a
3-year grant project whereby she and her fellow committee members
assisted in the development and implementation of a 27-unit Virtual
Office Professional (VOP) curriculum for California Community
Colleges.
Michelle is considered a leader in the VA
community. She has mentored and coached new VAs for the past 6-7 years
helping them gain the confidence they need to build a successful
practice. In addition, Michelle has interviewed dozens of industry
leaders in her monthly expert teleseminar series to bring relevant
information back to her colleagues and students. Her teleseminar series
is currently being reworked into a possible radio show. Be on the

Michelle has two teenage daughters, a 14-year
old cat and resides in Carmichael, CA. She enjoys working from home,
reading historical fiction by her favorite author, Diana Gabaldon and
entertaining friends or traveling.
