Buyer pays seller, and 80% goes to the individual seller while 20% goes to Vinswer. Vinswer shares this 20% with the web site that embedded Vinswer and the source of the buyer, which might be another web or email property. Sellers set the price of their time on a fixed or per minute basis and typically offer the first 3 minutes free to entice the buyer.
