Hari Menon, CEO As CEO of the company, Hari is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and executing the company’s vision. Hari is a serial entrepreneur and was the founder of two startups, Accordia and SixthDimension, before launching Tumri. Prior to the entrepreneurial ventures, Hari was responsible for Strategic and Product Marketing at Aspect Development (acquired by i2 Technologies). Prior to Aspect Development, Hari was a member of the Strategy Practice consulting team at Accenture. Hari holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Pradeep Javangula, CTO Pradeep is responsible for Tumri’s core technology and strategy. Pradeep also leads companies’ integration efforts with publisher and retailer partners. Before founding Tumri, Pradeep was at the Emerging Technologies R & D team at Verity. Before joining Verity, Pradeep served as the Director of Engineering at Inktomi. Prior to Inktomi, Pradeep co-founded iLeverage which is now part of e.Piphany. Pradeep started at JavaSoft (Sun Microsystems) after completing his Masters and Research in Number Theory at Oklahoma State University. Pradeep also holds a double major in Mathematics & Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani in India. David Kim, SVP of Business Development and GM of Performance Marketing David is responsible for driving strategy, securing key business partnerships and managing Tumri's Performance Marketing business unit. Prior to Tumri, David was GM of Self Serve Products and VP of Business & Corporate Development at Efficient Frontier, a leading Search Engine Marketing firm. Previously, David was General Manager of Advertiser Web Services at Yahoo! (formerly Overture Services) and was also Founder and CEO of eCandy/Enverta, a venture-backed digital merchandising marketplace that was acquired in 2002. David's past roles also include strategy consulting at Andersen Consulting and investment banking at BancAmerica Robertson Stephens. David holds a BS in Engineering UC Berkeley and MS in Engineering from Stanford University. David is currently a California State Commissioner on the Asian Pacific Islander American Affairs Commission. John Leroy, VP of Global Sales John is responsible for leading Tumri’s sales efforts in the United States, Europe and Asia. John is also responsible for Tumri’s partner development program. Prior to Tumri, John was the VP of Global Web Search at Yahoo!. Before Yahoo, John served as the VP of Global Web Search at Inktomi; Sales Executive at Oracle before joining Inktomi. Steve Boehm, VP of Business Development Steve came to Tumri from SHOP.COM where he led their strategic business development efforts. Prior to SHOP.COM, he served as the Vice President of Business Development at XpenseWise, a startup he co-founded. Before XpenseWise, Steve was the Vice President of Sales with leading Fortune 100 electronics and technology companies including Packard Bell NEC. Steve has over 20 years of strategic sales, business development and account management experience. Sandeep Nawathe, VP of Engineering Sandeep brings twenty years of technology and management expertise to Tumri with leadership experience as a technologist and an entrepreneur. Prior to joining Tumri, Sandeep co-founded and led engineering and technology at Full Degree/Amphire. Prior to Full Degree, Sandeep founded StarPoint, Inc. (which later became part of CMGI/AdForce), an ad-serving company delivering over a billion transactions a day. At CMGI/AdForce, Sandeep served as the Vice President of Technology and the Chief Architect responsible for the company's core technology, architecture, and strategic technology initiatives. Before CMGI/AdForce, Sandeep led a large team of engineers in systems design, project management, and release coordination at Verity, Inc. Sandeep also founded Omkar Software, an engineering consulting company providing operating systems and networking expertise for such clients as Taligent, Sony, and Integrated Systems. Sandeep earned a BS and an MS in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology. Sundar Krishnamurthy, Sr Director of Product Management and Marketing Sundar is responsible for product management and marketing at Tumri. Prior to Tumri, Sundar founded DIYamo, a community driven website for do-it-yourselfers. Before DIYamo, Sundar was a Product Line Manager at VeriSign where he was responsible for their spam filtering, email archiving and email disaster recovery services. Before VeriSign, Sundar was the Director of Business Development at XDegrees (acquired by Microsoft), a startup focused on enterprise document management. Before XDegrees, Sundar worked as a Technical Evangelist for Microsoft's Windows Mobile platform including Windows CE, Internet Explorer and other Internet-related products at Microsoft for several years. Sundar holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a Masters in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
