Our patent-pending algorithm matches based on professional personality, skillset, and values to reduce implicit bias and create connections that matter. Instead of another job board of minorities or blind hiring sites, we use a company's top performers as mentors to their new hires to ensure inclusion is not resting on the hands of HR alone and becomes a company-wide initiative. Our model goes as follows: - Companies pay an annual subscription to our platform - Company uses their top performers across all verticals as mentors to talent on our platform - Our algorithm makes the matches and they work together for 4 months on professional skills development. Note: 4 months is half the time it takes to fill one position using current tools - We provide the company with data and reporting we collect throughout the mentoring period and provide programming and training around those metrics
