The best part about our shop is you can buy our meat retail to cook at home or WE COOK for YOU.

The butcher shop is brought to you by father and son duo Igor and Fred Niznik. It began with the purchase of an old fashioned butcher shop in Palm Beach called Charlie’s. Charlie’s is known for its timeless recipes. Certified Angus Prime Beef, Organic Poultry, As well as having old fashioned butchery where you can get your custom cuts of meat, store made sausages and burgers. All of our products have no hormone’s or antibiotics, and are all natural.

Igor, of East European descent, quickly learned the ins and outs of the butcher shop and added his own flavor into the gourmet market. Meanwhile in New York, Fred was pursuing music, working in the restaurant industry, and frequenting beer gardens. After relocating to Miami, Fred soon discovered Wynwood and fell in love. It reminded him of New York, full of art, culture, and beauty in the midst of an urban playground. After approaching his father with the idea about opening a beer garden, Igor had mentioned, “why not marry a beer garden and butcher shop?” The rest is history.
