Early-stage companies typically can't afford a full-time HR position, but quickly find that just like with an attorney and an accountant, they have the need for HR expertise. By using Swift HR Solutions, www.swifthrsolutions.com and SwiftHR® in-a-box, companies have instant, easy access to experienced HR consulting support, as well as all the forms, polices, procedures and regulations needed to ensure compliance and best practices are met.
Swift HR Solutions enables young companies to access experienced VP Level consultants at a fraction of the cost of hiring in-house HR professionals and our SwiftHR® in-a-box provides access to valuable tools on an "as needed" basis, allowing management to reduce the potential for costly distractions created by
litigation and non-compliance, save valuable time, preserve capital, and focus their efforts on driving key business initiatives while building a company culture with intention.
"Swift... takes dumb, distracted entrepreneurs by the hand and shows them how to put the human systems in place that build a real company. A company that has health benefits, a comp system, a 401k, awesome recruiting, and most importantly - values." Rich Barton, Founder and CEO, Zillow
