For Businesses: SquaredOut harnesses the power of social media and online calendaring to create an event-broadcasting infrastructure with unprecedented reach. Leveraging a multiplatform approach, event creators can publish an event once and have it appear simultaneously in an array of locations and formats. Their audience can view and share these events using the portal, device and social network of their choice.
Business model
Our current revenue model is a two-tiered approach with the first tier being the licensing of our enterprise and premium level calendar widgets. This includes a set-up fee and a monthly subscription fee, along with potential revenue share depending on the client. The second tier of revenue is within our internal site. This includes advertising, ticket sales, monetizing our internal search engine, and event analytic sales.
These two revenue models contribute to the ultimate value of our product, which is through data sales.
