Sputr LLC is a mobile startup focusing on iPhone applications. The first application "Events Finder" was launched on the AppStore on September 09 2009 (9/9/09). Incidentally, it was the day Steve Jobs returned to Apple :)

 

Events Finder is the first and ONLY iphone app that aggregates events from multiple event sites such as Upcoming (Yahoo), Eventbrite, and TicketStumbler. This means users get more events all in one app! We are working to integrate with more event sites and bring even more content.

 

Main features of the v1.0 app are -

1. Multiple event sources (currently Upcoming, Eventbrite, and TicketStumbler)

Srinivas Rao - Co-Founder

 Srinivas has over 8 years of experience in enterprise and mobile applications. He has also worked on creating test automation engines for fortune 500 companies such as Siebel and Oracle. Presently he is working for a startup creating collaboration software and services for movies and movie studios.

 

Anand Subba Rao - Co-Founder

Anand has over 10 years of experience in building highly scalable server infrastructures and has worked at companies like NetBramha and Yahoo, where he won the "Super Technical Yahoo" award. He was also instrumental in building the Yahoo messenger for Unix. He brings significant server and client experience to the team.

Our competitive advantage is the technology underlying events finder which easily allows us to integrate with various event sites and bring the aggregated content to users. We have built relationships with event sites enabling better access to their content and APIs, which was not possible before.
