Glen Solimine, Chief Executive OfficerGlen
has an impressive background in the sales and marketing of treasury and
bank management products and systems. As vice president of sales at XRT
North America, a leading purveyor of financial value chain management
software solutions, he lead a team of seasoned sales executives. Prior
to joining XRT, Glen served both as director of sales for MarketMAX,
and as director of sales and marketing for KPMG I/S Quantum Product. He
was director of the treasury resource group of ICMS International, a
leading treasury workstation provider. Glen earned a bachelor's degree
in finance from The Pennsylvania State University and a master's in
finance from Western New England College. |

Robert Henchey, President and Chief Operating OfficerBob
has more than thirty-five years experience in banking and treasury,
including many years of service as Vice President in JP Morgan’s
Commercial and Investment Banking Group. He was President of First
Sierra Financial, Inc., an internet finance portal for small business
equipment leasing, and was most recently the Director of Capital
Markets Products for Automated Financial Systems, a provider of
commercial lending software and services to leading financial
institutions. Bob was also Assistant Treasurer at Mead Pulp Sales, Inc.
and a financial analyst at General Electric Credit Corporation. |

Blaise Scioli, Vice President, Product ManagementWith
fifteen years experience delivering treasury information management
solutions to leading corporations, Blaise is a recognized authority on
designing and implementing finance and treasury applications.
Previously, he was Vice President and Assistant Treasurer of ACE USA;
he was Director in the Corporate Treasury Solutions Group at
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP; Vice President of Operations and Executive
Vice President at XRT, Inc. Blaise has a B.S. in aerospace engineering
from the U.S. Naval Academy. |

Mark Donahue, Technical DirectorMark
has been developing enterprise software since 1996 for companies such
as Ziff-Davis Publishing, eSprocket, Fairchild Semiconductor, Visa, and
the Via Group. His particular expertise is in designing and developing
applications using Java Enterprise Edition (JEE). Mark graduated with a
B.A. from Union College. |

(previously Vortechnics, Inc.), Nick designed an automation system
using multiple platforms to substantially improve employee

technician at EMSolutions. Nick has a B.S. in Computer Science from the
