David Hini-Szlos is the founder and CEO of ServeMeHere – a social exchange focused exclusively on services delivered at home. He is in charge of the overall direction of the company, strategic planning, product management, marketing, sales, and business development.
Prior to Servemehere, Mr Hini-Szlos was the founder and CEO of DJJ Projects- a consulting firm specialized in web developement services, SEO, email marketing etc.
Prior to DJJ Projects, Mr. Hini-Szlos was Vice President of Marketing at Spherites – an online advertising agency - where he made important contributions to innovative 3D solutions for pop-up displays and visual merchandizing.
David has has launched and marketed on his own several local websites with success including LosAngeles-Immobilier.com a Real Estate site for Europeean buyer in Los Angeles making $200000 in commission in 2010 and Szlosantiques a site to sell French Antiques in USA with $500000 in sales in 2010.
Mr. Hini-Szlos earned a BA in Finance/Marketing from California State University – Northridge. He lives with his wife and his 2 sons in Los Angeles, California. His hobbies include producing French Play in Los Angeles, playing soccer and traveling oversea. He is an active Fundraiser for various non-profit.and has helped organize social events for young professional in Los Angeles

Indirect competitors such as online classifieds have lagged behind in adopting new technologies while emerging direct competitors, which are nothing more than classifieds on steroids, lack interactivity and functionality. Nonetheless, it is worth noting that the recent funding of couple of competitors from some prominent venture capitalists has legitimized the space.
