ServeMeHere goes beyond conventional classifieds and generic exchanges.  It offers a comprehensive platform that allows sellers and buyers to interact among each other with a rich user experience.  On one hand, it helps sellers promote their services to consumers using the latest social media techniques, localization, mobile application, and e-coupons.  On the other hand, it allows consumers to search, compare, rate, review professionals and be reviewed by professionals, refer, share, chat, tag, schedule online, pay for services, insure services satisfaction and redeem rewards.

David Hini-Szlos is the founder and CEO of ServeMeHere – a social exchange focused exclusively on services delivered at home.  He is in charge of the overall direction of the company, strategic planning, product management, marketing, sales, and business development.

Prior to Servemehere, Mr Hini-Szlos was the founder and CEO of DJJ Projects- a consulting firm specialized in web developement services, SEO, email marketing etc.

Prior to DJJ Projects, Mr. Hini-Szlos was Vice President of Marketing at Spherites – an online advertising agency - where he made important contributions to innovative 3D solutions for pop-up displays and visual merchandizing.

David has has launched and  marketed on his own several local websites with success including LosAngeles-Immobilier.com a Real Estate site for Europeean buyer in Los Angeles making $200000 in commission in 2010 and Szlosantiques a site to sell French Antiques in USA with $500000 in sales in 2010. 

Mr. Hini-Szlos earned a BA in Finance/Marketing  from California State University – Northridge.  He lives with his wife and his 2 sons in Los Angeles, California. His hobbies include producing French Play in Los Angeles, playing soccer and traveling oversea. He is an active Fundraiser for various non-profit.and has helped organize social events for young professional in Los Angeles

Over 10 years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, e-commerce, data-integration, financial reporting, and internet technologies, specializing in dynamic web architecture and publishing.Worked on a number of projects and tested products for macromedia with proven ability to innovate, design and adapt to new technologies. Worked as IT Manager for Tenant Plus. He has created and launched  one of the first social network www.Gorillaxchange.com in 2005 ,www.mylaundryonline.com and www.rebolextv.com in 2006.

Prior to funding Luristic, Dr. Saad was the founder, Chairman & CEO of Clupedia. Dr. Saad won the Most Promising Investment Award during the 2006 Fast Pitch competition sponsored by Tech Coast Angels from whom he raised a Series A round of funding.

The industry is about $3 billion dominated mostly by the Yellow Pages.  The online segment, which is still in its infancy, is currently at $600 million and projected to grow to $2 billion by 2016 representing an annual growth rate of 25%.

Premium Advertising Account: First page ranking on site and Search, Seo of their Servemehere page, Google AD, Local emailing, Social Media Advertising. Currently 50 users are in beta testing our Premium Advertising Plaform and are paying $9.95 a month to get more traffic and clients referred.

Pay per Lead:  We have an online services request section and 1800 number request line. We will redirect leads to professionals subscribed in the program. Lead Referral Fee will vary from $5 to $50 plus a $9.95 a month to participate in the Lead Referral Program. 

Transaction fee for payment made through our site. We also plan to partner with Square mobile payment which is perfect for our Mobile Professionals and clients.

Classified ad fee to post in our Classified Exchange  in Housing, Job, for Sale section and share accross the network

Target Banner Advertising inside Professionals and Clients Account based on services offered and appointment made.

Ex: PetCo can buy ad inside all Pet Groomer Professionals Account and all Clients who made appointment with pet groomers.

 Indirect competitors such as online classifieds have lagged behind in adopting new technologies while emerging direct competitors, which are nothing more than classifieds on steroids, lack interactivity and functionality.  Nonetheless, it is worth noting that the recent funding of couple of competitors from some prominent venture capitalists has legitimized the space.

Since our launch in January of 2009 as an online classifieds, and with a zero marketing budget, we managed to gather a total of 13000 self-registered users among which 3000 are buyers and 10000 are sellers, with 50 categories, in 50 cities. 

 Learning from this experience, ServeMeHere is now pivoting from being a classifieds to a full-fledge interactive exchange with localization, mobile application, and social features.
