Julie is a high energy communications professional with more than 15 years of experience managing PR and marketing for local businesses, consumer products, and technology companies. She has developed award winning programs and campaigns and delights in the opportunity to help businesses achieve new levels of success through smart communications and strategies.
She is a frequent contributor to many leading publications including the U.S. News and World Report and Young Money, and she mentors entrepreneurs on how to market and promote their businesses. She has appeared on CNN, Good Morning America, and Fox News - providing expert advice on entrepreneurship, marketing, and outsourcing.She was a finalist in Elance’s New Way to Work Competition and was named a “Greatest Person of the Day” by Huffington Post. Julie is also the mom of two young boys.
Mary McDowell – CMO and Writer
Mary has worked as a corporate training and enablement professional for more than 15 years. Her last 15 years were spent working her way up the corporate ladder at Accenture. During that time, she managed a global internal call center, implemented large scale Learning Management Training systems, and most recently developed, managed, and implemented global communications and training materials for the company’s Learning Management system. Mary’s success and leadership received an acknowledgement in the recent book – “Return on Learning: Training for High Performance at Accenture”. Mary attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst as a Journalism and Communications Major.
