Dylan Bathurst, CEO
Dylan Bathurst is CEO and co-founder of Rumgr. Previous to starting Rumgr, Dylan worked at Zappos.com, where he helped lead the front-end and back-end search teams to build new features for customers. A front-end web developer turned back-end and API developer, he enjoys working with and learning from other developers while helping to bring tech communities together to collaborate.
While working at Rumgr, Dylan enjoys breaking the silence every once in a by singing random bursts of country music out loud.
Ray Morgan, CTO
Ray Morgan is CTO and co-founder of Rumgr. Before Rumgr, Ray worked at Zappos.com on the front end development team managing the technical direction of the website. After that, he helped start the Zappos.com mobile team where he developed their iPad, iPhone and mobile website. When working on Rumgr, with headphones in, you can assure he is listening to "The Lord of the Rings" soundtrack cranking out some epic code.
When he’s not crafting new iOS features, hacking on the API servers or working with our databases, you can find this full stack developer spending his time catching up on new technology, trying things out and learning how things work.
Alex Coleman, VP of Design
Alex Coleman is VP of Design and co-founder of Rumgr. He is charged with creative direction and constructing crazy ideas. Most recently, Alex worked with the front-end web development team at Zappos.com. Alex grew up in Southern California where he studied how intricacies in design can dramatically change the mood of the observer. After completing his training, Alex decided to further his career by focusing in web development.
In addition to pursuing his passion in technology, Alex loves to get inspired by exploring our natural world.
