Rideshare 2.0 is building a smarter vanpool and carpool sustainable mass transit system using social technology and incentives to encourage MORE commuters to rideshare.  

Our real-time web and mobile application allows commuters to crowdsource vanpool schedules and reservation systems based on the point-to-point business model against the hub-spoke system used today with public transportation. Rideshare 2.0 is carpooling on steroids and the OpenTable® of Empty Seats.  We plan to fix traffic-crunch and planet-crunch so we a breath better, have less stress, and have more time for ourselves and our families.
