We replace some of the pain with a bit of fun by bringing personality and community to the process. Advertising - Neighborhood matches feed hyper-local targeted advertising and offers. Moving is one of the few times thatconsumers change buying habits. Advertisers know this and arewilling to spend to be part of forming new habits.

Agent Subscriptions - Sell a lightly-branded version of the product to real estate agents that they can offer as a service to newcustomers. A new and efficient way for agents to be part of theprocess of matching person to place. Open up the amount ofinformation exchanged with home hunters and all for less than the price of a tank of gas per month.

Partnerships - Many opportunities to connect users to people and services that can help them move (travel, moving companies) and help form new relationships once they are there (doctors, plumbers).
