Business model

We are working toward a subscription model of $100 per month base. Revenue estimate (US only):

12.5M (treatable patients) x $100 x 12 Month = $12B Market Opportunity

Our treatable population grows as we incorporate more treatments into our platform:

12.5M (Chronic Pain) + 10M (Autism+OCD by 2017 Q3) + 40M (Depression+Anxiety by 2018 Q1)

If the product is used in clinics, we charge for $100 per patient per month plus a one time $4000 hardware and installation fee. If the product is prescribed or used as OTC therapy, we charge for $100 per month.

Competitive advantage

We are aware of several startups building VR applications for distraction or exposure therapies. But we have not seen anyone tackling behavioral modification with a scientific approach like ours.

In collaboration with leaders in their field, we develop our product based on existing scientific evidences and our proprietary research findings. We have obtained a significant numbers of clinical data to improve our program iteratively and train our machine learning model to provide the most efficacious treatment. To further build a higher entry barrier, we are in process of a Class I FDA approval.
