Company description
Raydiate, Inc. manufactures and sells systems that remove snow from solar panels with the minimum loss of energy in order to increase solar power production in the northern U.S. and Canada. In areas above the 40th parallel up to 25% of annual solar energy is lost due to snow accumulation. Raydiate Smart Heaters, incorporated into solar arrays, have the potential to reclaim millions of dollars of clean energy. Jack Corbin founded Raydiate in 2016 after working as a solar installer in Southwestern Wisconsin. Frustrated by the losses in energy production during the winter months, Jack decided to solve the problem by creating an energy efficient and safe way to remove snow from solar systems. Carl Bailey and Daniel Walsh joined Raydiate in late 2016 and developed the Raydiate Snow Removal System.
