Proper Cloth was started in 2008 and is based in New York.  All of our fabrics are from Europe or Japan and our shirts are hand sewn entirely in the United States.

We're not your typical tailor. We are young entrepreneurs who take both fashion and technology seriously.  As a result, we deliver some of the highest quality custom dress shirts you can find, but without the overhead and pomp of traditional offerings.  We want to make buying clothes as painless as possible, maybe even fun.
