Personall is a software editor and provides Knowledge Networks Solutions. KN Solutions are personal pages for intranet and internet sites that allows, mass customization, smart knowledge sharing. All the rights are managed by tags within the solution which is an innovation.

KNS are installed on site behind firewalls to respect the company confidentiality and security constraints.

Companies can let the user free to customize his pages under his monitoring.

Current organizations are top down ans the hierarchy does not help to put the user at the centre of the Enterprise. Knowledge sharing, collaborative work, social network are emerging from users and companies has to innovate and provide solutions to keep control on knowledge and information.

Without to be intrusive, Personall KNS addresses these needs and allows companies to reduce costs, keep innovation within the departments and perform the collective intelligence.

Merging collaborative work, information aggregation, business integrated portal and application mashups, is the key for employees to make efficient decisions and to perform with reduced budgets.

 

All different relevant applications form large audience concepts brought users to use those for their daily business needs but without integration of business applications and company contexts. Founders come from the software industry with technical and sales backgrounds. 3 Sleeping partners: a specialist of « enterprise 2.0 » (with a PhD in Management and KM), a senior manager @ IBM, a serial entrepreneur (with 10 years @ Schlumberger). Synergies: experience, sales, technical, finance and management of early stage companies, marketing and networking.

Knowledge Networks Solutions are available for B2B (intranet and extranet) and for B2C (Large Audience websites) and are proposed with a standard SaaS recurrent subscription model that includes support and application maintenance. The customer will be able to order directly via their website and to start a pilot test for 4 month and unlimited user for €10’000.

PersonAll currently boasts 2 products: Their Enterprise solution (intranet) serves as a layer of software that is put above the company’s CRM and other systems. It enables employees to interact and collaborate without a need to install any type of software (the solution is accessible through a standard internet browser) and serves as a web 2.0-intranet portal. The solution in installed within the company (behind the company’s firewall) and thus answers to any type of security and confidentiality policies that may be put in place. The Audience solution (extranet) allows companies to have their website’s interface customizable by the visitor in order to him/her to have only the pertinent information displayed to them. The Audience solution hence enables greater visitor retention rates.
