Outleads, a Microsoft Ventures accelerator company, enables to advertise online based on offline activity. Our patented technology pushes data from CRMs, contact centers (e.g. phone and chat), marketing automation, e-mail marketing, and similar software to Google Analytics so advertisers can leverage it in AdWords.

For example, advertisers can target leads that expressed interest in a product over a phone call or chat session but didn't buy; leads with a certain HubSpot persona or Marketo lead score; leads with a certain status in Salesforce; etc.

Outleads is the official Google Analytics & AdWords connector for Genesys, the world's largest provider of contact center management software.
