Competitive advantage
OrangeSlyce's unique matching algorithm gives it the edge over competitors. A small business using a job board (like Monster or Craig's List) has to leave the posting up for at least two weeks to gather applicants. The business then has to spend another week sifting through applications just to find the applicants that are truly qualified for the position. On OrangeSlyce, an employer is automatically matched with the five-most qualified students (based on the criteria established by his job posting) saving the business several weeks worth of valuable time.
This algorithm is especially valuable to small businesses that lack experienced HR departments and can have difficulty distinguishing between a qualified applicant and an unqualified applicant. Our algorithm cuts the guessing-game out of the process and lets the business get straight to work.
