Jamie Lerner
President & CEO CITTIO, Inc.
Jamie Lerner has over fifteen years of experience in software development and high growth company management as the President and CEO of CITTIO. In 2001, Lerner founded CITTIO to address the need for cost-effective, easy-to-use; enterprise management software that he found was not available in the industry while managing thousands of servers at XUMA, Inc. Lerner co-founded XUMA in 1997 to serve the rapidly growing need for Internet services where he served as Chairman of the Board, co-CEO and Chief Technology Officer. Lerner and XUMA's management team grew the company to 340 employees and over $20M of annual revenues in just two years. XUMA served over 90 domestic and international customers, including Cannon, Logitec, Bristol Meyers Squib, Bayer, Boeing, Riverdeep, Chase H&Q, General Electric, PG&E and Aegis Insurance. Prior to XUMA, Lerner held senior positions at Platinum Technology Andersen Consulting.
Lerner drives the development of award-winning software and is widely quoted in top-tier publications including Fortune, Red Herring, Industry Standard, Computerworld, InfoWorld and Inc. Magazine. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences from U.C. San Diego.
Ross Fujii
Vice President, Engineering
Ross Fujii is Vice President of Engineering at CITTIO with over thirteen years of system architecture and development experience across multiple technology platforms. Before joining CITTIO in 2003, Fujii spent three years as a Co-Founder & General Partner of IdeaWave Systems, offering web application architecture and consulting services where he successfully sold and delivered over two dozen projects, leveraging various technologies such as J2EE, LAMP (PHP, perl), and Microsoft ASP.NET.
Prior to IdeaWave Systems, Fujii was a Senior Architect at XUMA where he helped define and deliver the company’s three core products: CommerceX built on ATG Dynamo; ExchangeX built on WebLogic (Moai); and a generic adapter for EAI built on Java and TIBCO (i.e. Rendezvous). While at XUMA he delivered over fifteen e-commerce projects for companies such as Columbia Tri-Star Home Entertainment, VeriFone, Xilinx, Wired Digital, and Larry Flynt Publications.
Fujii is a graduate of the ELECTRONIC DATA SYSTEMS rotational Engineering Systems Development program and earned a B.S.E in Electrical Engineering degree (Cum Laude) from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Jack Meeks
Vice President, Sales
Jack Meeks is Vice President of Sales at CITTIO. Meeks is a skilled executive with extensive sales, marketing and business development experience in software, data communications, network optimization & acceleration, content distribution, VoIP and network security. Prior to joining CITTIO in 2006, Meeks was a Director of Sales and General Manager for Asia Pacific operations at Internap Network Services, a solutions provider for advanced network services and technologies. Meeks consistently accomplished the strongest regional sales results during his seven years. In addition, he built the organizational structure and held P&L responsibility for Internap's Asia Pacific operations.
Meeks has also held senior sales positions at AT&T and MFS. Meeks earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Marketing from Arizona State University.

Brian James
Vice President, Marketing
Brian James is Vice President of Marketing at CITTIO, responsible for CITTIO product strategy and marketing activities. With over fifteen years of experience in enterprise software, James formerly served as vice president of product marketing at Telelogic (acquired by IBM), a global leader in enterprise architecture, requirements management, and SCM software. Prior to Telelogic Brian was responsible for global go-to-market strategy and campaigns at Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP) for the Mercury IT Governance Center business unit which he helped grow from $25 million to over $100 million in 4 years. While at Mercury James developed its C-level IT Governance and BTO programs which included an IT Governance global seminar series.
Prior to Telelogic and Mercury, James held senior management positions at Kintana (acquired by Mercury), Stratify, Oracle, and Andersen Consulting. James earned an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, an MEM from the McCormick School of Engineering, and a B.S.E in Industrial and Operations Engineering (Cum Laude) from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Jim Smith
Vice President, Business Development
Jim Smith is Vice President of Business Development at CITTIO, responsible for defining, creating and managing all partner and channel relationships. An accomplished executive with over twenty years of sales, marketing and business development experience in the software industry, Smith possesses a comprehensive knowledge of application development, security and network infrastructure solutions along with a proven track record of structuring and closing complex transactions. Prior to CITTIO Smith held a variety of executive positions with eEye Digital Security, Select Software, Meridian Software and Starbase. As an Executive Vice President at Starbase Corporation, Smith managed world-wide sales, marketing and business development, growing revenue from $6 million to $48 million in three years, leading to an acquisition by Borland.
Smith brings to CITTIO a gift for identifying targeted ecosystems and formalizing strategic partnerships required to create and implement a winning value proposition. Smith earned a BSEE in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island.

David Sakamoto
Director of Operations
Based on a foundation of project and program management, David Sakamoto has over fifteen years of experience managing service development, service delivery and process improvement. Sakamoto is responsible for Customer Support, Professional Services, Maintenance and Quality Assurance for CITTIO. Prior to joining CITTIO, Sakamoto was a Senior Program Manager at Genentech and was responsible for large software deployments within the Product Operations division. Sakamoto successfully managed large scale eCommerce projects at XUMA and provided portfolio management services to Yahoo. While at SGI, he developed core skills in operations while managing product and process development for their Linux and high-end supercomputing platform.
Sakamoto earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
