He was promoted to VP of Sales and Marketing in 1998.  From 1998-2002, Edward took an existing team of independent business owners/salespeople, added some new talent and increased sales from his team by 300%.  Since that time, Edward has successfully assisted a start-up business to exceed expectations for first-year sales by 50% and assisted another company to increase sales by more than 75% from the prior year.  Edward has a wealth of professional sales training from top U.S. companies, such as Miller-Heiman, Sandler Sales, and Communispond.  He also is a Certified Marketing Executive, receiving that certification from Sales and Marketing Executives International.

Edward is a respected leader, able to build highly motivated sales and management teams focused on achieving revenue goals. An avid reader, he keeps up-to-date with changes whatever industry he is working in and pursues continuing professional development.  With his extensive background in the full lifecycle of employee selection and development, he is able to identify strengths and weaknesses of staff and assist in building on the strengths and minimizing the weaknesses.

Business model

Fashion Infatuation is a fashion comparison shopping engine that uses cutting edge web technology combined with elegance and trendy styling to offer our members the ultimate online shopping experience.

Fashion Infatuation is designed to save its members endless hours searching the Internet and the time and effort of traveling from store-to-store searching for quality fashion items they want. How? First, because Fashion Infatuation is targeted toward fashion shopping, our searches are relevant so that our members don't have to wade through vast amounts of information to find what they want.  Second, our technology allows our members to do a search from a specific store, stores, or cast a wide search over the Internet.  Third, if the items are not found within the parameters set, Fashion Infatuation keeps searching while our members go about life and then automatically notifies them by email and/or text message when their items are found.
