They are--- 01. Innovative low cost Microwave Equipment to dehydrate and sterilize Spices, Herbs, Herbal Extracts, Foods, Engineering Plastics, Chemicals and Bulk Drugs. Using this process following products can be manufactured -- # Green coriander leaves, Green Chilly Flakes. Mint Leaves. Fresh Garlic and Ginger Flakes. The USP of the process is that original Color and Flavor of the product is maintained which is not possible by conventional Sun Drying and Tray Drier Processes. # Two minutes Rice , Dal , Khichadi and sambhar Rice . # Rare and Precious Herbs Drying without degrading them # Quick and rapid moisture removal from Engg Plastics like Nylon before Injection Moulding and Extrusion . 02. Manufacturing of fine 100Micron Powder from Herbal Oilseeds after they are dried using above process . Oil seeds cannot be converted into fine powder .This process innovated by me carries out this conversion . This process opens up doors to manufacture following new products --- 01. Ayurvedic Herbal Mosquito Repellent Coils /Sticks/mats /Vaporizers. Present day products like Goodnight contains poisonous chemical named allethrin . 02. Herbal Cockroach Repellent Aerosol and Hand Spray Dispensers . 03.Organic Bio Pesticides in fine powder form which can be dusted on crops to achieve sustained release effect . 04. Microfined Herbal Drugs in Capsule form for Diabetis , Heart Trouble an Asthma and other diseases. I can offer comprehensive know-how and show how of these Technologies and the projects .
