Will Deane (CEO):

As a boy, Will tinkered with hardware on his desktop computer, installing hard drives, ram, video cards and whatever else he could fit in. As he grew older he took notice in the Internet's wave of technological advancements and web applications. Although Will went to college on scholarship to play Division 1 lacrosse at the University of Delaware, Will was a nerd at heart and continued to research and study the future of the internet. Titled head of A&R for a DC based record label for almost a year, Will realized he could combine his passions of music and technology. In the summer of 06’ he purchased MusicManagement.com with the intent to customize the way music was distributed and organized around the world. Spending months building the right team and specifications for MusicManagement.com, Will undoubtedly knew he had found his calling. Will has a BS in Leadership and Consumer Economics from the University of Delaware and has also worked for FBR (Friedman Billings and Ramsey) institutional brokerage firm in DC and NYC.
