Brendan J. Smith
Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Brendan Smith oversees all aspects of the operations of the Company with a focus on new business development, strategic relationships, design and technology. Prior to founding Motive Interactive, Mr. Smith served as Senior Business Development Manager for NetCreations, Inc., a leading opt-in email marketing company. At NetCreations, he built a team responsible for developing business opportunities with strategic partners, such as MSNBC, CNET, ZDNet, Tech Republic, and Tech Target.

Prior to NetCreations, Brendan had built seven distinct web based businesses all reaching profitability within less than four months of launch. These travel, technology, and survey based web sites generated a 100% double opt-in user membership that exceeded 2 million unique registrations, and have been featured in many national publications and websites, including Newyorkmetro.com, The Village Voice, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Travel And Leisure to name a few.

Brendan is a member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Lead Generation Committee, as well as a founding member of The Online Lead Generation Association (OLGA). Competitive advantage

Technology. Many of the top CPA networks operate using 3rd party software. Motive has always built leading proprietary technologies that upgrade across-the-board performance; optimizing ad placement, streamlining implementation, enhancing client management, and sharpening consumer targeting. This ensures that our clients always have an edge over their competition.

Advent TM, Motive's flagship performance advertising platform, was designed to maximize a publisher's revenue and increase advertiser's ROI.
