Management Bio

TJ Modi, Founder and CEO
TJ has over twenty years of combined experience in executive management, Information Technology, and Entrepreneurship. Prior to establishing Monetize Media, TJ was the Co-Founder and CEO of InterBase Corporation, a global IT services company that he helped to grow from start-up to its current size of over $5 million in annual revenues. Before that, he was one of the first 10 employees at Strategic Information Group, where he expanded sales markets, managed client contracts, and played an instrumental role in growing annual revenues to over $15 million. TJ has a Masters in Computer Science and Bachelors in Electronics from Gujarat University in India.

Darshan Sedani, Director of Operations
Darshan holds fourteen years of experience in online media technologies. He worked as Senior Executive for California based InterBase Corporation & Koyo Graphic International and worked on high end streaming media solutions for US and Japanese markets. Earlier, Darshan also served as the CTO for Brainbow Computech Pvt. Ltd, an offshore development company in India for which he implemented an outsourcing work model with clients in the United States and UK and worked extensively for large live online sports event projects like the Cricket World Cup, and FIFA. His proect portfolio includes impressive clientelle like NASA, Bandai Inc., Clarion Inc., Pioneer, and Sanyo. Darshan earned his Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, one of the largest educational institutions in India.

K. Kanthasamy, Director of Technology
Kanthasamy brings eighteen years of Information Technology and software development experience, most recently as a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Ennovar Technologies LLC, a business process automation company. Prior to that, he worked with TJ Modi at InterBase Corporation as a Senior Project Manager, Software Architect, and Designer. Kanthasamy has also served as Senior Architect at MSC Software Corporation and Boeing. Kanthasamy has a MS and BS in Computer Science from the University of London.

IP and defensibility

Patent Pending technologies for IntelliVideo. This innovation allows us to add intelligence to a video asset by reading the audio and video contents and converting them both into meta data tags. The tags are run through an algorithm to determine the 25 best descriptors of the file to aid in video search ranking and visibility and provide context based keywords that advertisers may advertise against.
