Company description
Mind Body Partnerships ("MBP") is a profitable, cloud provider of customer acquisition, conversion, retention and loyalty tools for independent health, beauty and wellness practitioners. MBP prints certificates that are a de facto new currency that funds the marketing of our network and the growth of our practitioners. We print a paper certificate and sell it for $100. Our network of practitioners can print the same certificate right in their salons and sell it for cash and share in the revenue.
Our practitioners use this new currency instead of their cash to grow their business. Consumers can redeem our certificates for high end spa services at prices that no one can approach. MBP's relationship with its practitioners is symbiotic and sustainable.
Practitioners receive new, high quality clients that convert to long-term customers, at regular prices, at a high percentage rate. MBP is hands-down, the lowest cost of customer acquisition for health, beauty and wellness practitioners.

Business model
MBP is a massively scalable social marketing organization serving the independent health, beauty and wellness practitioner community.
MBP has five current revenue streams. Practitioner Monthly Membership Fees, Certificate Sales/Events, Certificate Sales/Web, Certificate Sales/In Salon, Nonprofit/Corporate Benefits Programs
Here is a White Paper we wrote entitled Should A Health, Beauty Or Wellness Practitoner Do Groupon?
This paper defines the problem for personal service practitioners.
Our proven solution enables our practitioners to use their time and skills instead of their cash to fund the growth of their business. We do for them what they are unable to do for themselves. We eliminate the Groupon cost layer and minuscule conversion rate without debasing the pricing norms of personal services.
Competitive advantage
MBP generates a steady stream of high quality customers on a year-round basis. MBP's proprietary tools and processes cause customers to convert to long-term clients at regular prices at a high percentage rate. MBP turns every one of its practitioners into their own mini Groupon at a fraction of the cost.
