So how do we do it?!  Linkednow’s ranking algorithm uses a proprietary system called CompanyRank to classify employers.  Each company is rated based on 7 criteria such as Trust in Senior Leadership, Job Security and Career Growth among others that we found vital to gauge a company’s competitiveness as an employer.
