Jennifer Neeley is a leading global Social Media Management Consultant and Web Strategist, who heads up digital media efforts for a number of high-profile clients, assisting companies of all sizes and locations figure out how to make the social web work for them, strategically and tactically. In 2010 she wrote a book on strategic social media engagement for a Fortune 50 technology company. Jennifer will start teaching “Social Media in the Real World” at San Francisco State’s College of Extended Learning in May 2011, while conference leader for mediabistro’s Social Media Marketing Boot Camp.
Her specialties include, social media auditing and benchmarking, generational behavioral triggering, globalizing and localizing social efforts, consumer methodologies as B2B solutions, NGOs and noprofits as well as helping companies build programs that scale.

Jennifer is a widely known speaker and educator, regularly holding classes and webinars through mediabistro and InternetEvolution. She is on the board of Social Media Club and is programming director for the San Francisco chapter.
Jennifer is also a two-time Emmy®-nominated new and emerging television news media pioneer, who has been working at local and network levels in the U.S. and BRIC countries since the 1990s.
Jennifer earned her Masters Degree in Journalism from Columbia University and holds a Bachelors Degree in English from University of California Berkeley.
