INOVIS Capital is an independent corporate financeconsultancy specialising in the venture capital market and offering consultingand investment services in this field.

We typically assist high-tech companies in raisingcapital, or we consider the possibility of an investment ourselves throughINOVIS Venture I, the private investor fund managed by us.

INOVIS Venture I investment focus:

1. Direct minority stakes in innovative high-tech companies in their early and growth stages

2. Proof of concept hasbeen completed, but a broad market launch has not yet occurred

3. Industry focus: cleantech, life sciences andInternet/mobile, and occasionally other fields as opportunities arise

Before the launch of INOVIS Capital, Christian Wexlberger was involved in the formation and development of companies in thefield of life sciences and the internet. 

After completing his degree in businessadministration,  he worked in business development at the Americaninvestment research house Morningstar Inc.

Most recently, Christian was an investment manager atthe listed VC company Leonardo Venture where he was in charge of deal sourcing,the support and for the exit of portfolio companies and fundraising.

For several years now, Christian has been beencoaching and financing innovative startups as s business angel.
