iCracked Inc. is run by a team of entrepreneurs and iTechnicians (iTechs), primarily serving individuals on a budget. Though founded on a college campus, we now have iTechs located throughout the world.

Team
AJ Forsythe, Founder and CEO. A Cal Poly student who founded iCracked and has a vision of transforming the San Luis Obispo start-up into a viable national business venture. AJ plans on growing the company into a multi-national corporation while fostering entrepreneurship among other college students. Apart from iCracked, AJ sits on the board of a boutique wine company he helped start in 2008 called SLO Down Wines. He also enjoys every aspect of starting and running new companies. At some point, AJ plans on going to business school and truly enjoys growing ideas and developing business strategies.
Anthony Martin, Director of Expansion. Anthony graduated with a business economics degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and started his own company in 2009, specializing in textbook rentals to college students at UCSB. He joined iCracked as the Director of Expansion and is responsible for the growing the team of selected entrepreneurs chosen to be part of the iCracked team. A Central California native, he won a UCSB venture-backed business competition in 2009 and plans on helping iCracked grow organically across the country. Anthony is a hard working individual with a vision of growing iCracked into the nation’s largest iPhone repair company.
Allen Davis, iTech Manager. Allen is a former business owner and manager of a local utility company. He is currently enjoying working with iCracked and enjoys helping customers with their products. Allen is currently in school finishing his degree in Business Management while also working full time managing the iTechs.
Charell Williams, Retail Manager. Charell is often referred to as The Most Interesting Young Man in the World. Charell's had a pretty interesting background. He was born and raised in the public housing projects called Imperial Courts in Watts California. Charell then went to high school in the Metro Washington DC area. After graduation, Mr. Williams attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach Florida where he majored in Aeronautical Science. After completing two years at Embry-Riddle, He was recruited by Xerox and worked out of Xeroxs' Walt Disney office @ EPCOT in Orlando, FL. Charell speaks moderate japanese and knows basic sign language. Charell also loves to watch foreign movies.
Leslee Lambert, CMO & Design Director. Leslee joined forces with iCracked early on after hearing about the company while attending Cal Poly. Feeling the company could use some marketing help, she got in touch with AJ and they began working on more consumer-based, interactive marketing projects. Her expertise in marketing and design has helped evolve iCracked into an international brand. Leslee continues to develop the company brand in both the print and digital realms.

Caitlin Haden, Social Innovation Guru. A graduate of Texas Christian University, Caitlin joined the iCracked team as Social Innovation Guru in 2012. Having studied Writing and Digital Media in college, her expertise contributes to the ongoing development of the iCracked brand, specifically in the digital public relations realm.
Emily Forsythe, Advisor. A graduate of Cornell University in 2009, Emily sits on the board of iCracked Inc. and is one of its business strategists. She is a consultant and shareholder of iCracked Inc. and has helped improve and streamline the operations of the company and has helped with the creation of iTechs operations manual. At Cornell University, Emily won the 2009 Big Idea Competition, which is similar to Innovation Quest. She is currently working full time in Boston at a high-end composite manufacturing company for military and industrial applications. In the next year, she hopefully plans on attending Harvard, MIT, Cornell, or Cambridge for her MBA.
iCracked Board of Advisors. Currently we are assembling a world-class board of Advisors and plan on bringing on five to seven individuals who can help foster and grow our company.

iCracked inc. provides the next generation of entrepreneurs with a turn-key suite of products and services necessary to start a successful small business. iCracked offers individuals a prepackaged “business in a box”, complete with customized marketing, toll-free 24/7 support, step-by-step repair training, a centralized online operations hub, individualized management coaching for success, as well as supplying all repair parts.
Competitive advantage
iCracked has completely streamlined the repair process for iPhones to include screens, water damage and breakage. iTechs skillfully perform all repair work in-house using a unique customized parts distribution model. This allows the customer to experience minimal disruption in the personal use of their iPhone while saving over $100 in the process and hours of time.
Think of iCracked as the Netflix of iPhone repair where most repairs take less than 10 minutes for the customer. We are utilizing the network of college level entreprenuers and are currently expanding rapidly across the country through a unique licensing model. As of April, we have over 20 iTechnicians located across the country and plan on expanding to over 100 campuses by Fall of 2011.
