Market: GreenFly allows access to any user on any network integrating a mobile lifestyle with the existing web 2.0 approaches while focusing on the end-user mobile experience. Actionable content based on the behavior, activity, location of the consumer, using highly tailored advertising inserts as part of the consumer (free) platform will be introduced through collegiate club sports and campus organizations which amounts to roughly 500,000 individuals each year. Our 2nd market is through channel partners and connects governmental agencies at all levels for incident management including fire, health, safety and medical services. This revenue will come through existing contract vehicles. Neither approach requires a user IT staff to support the organizations and is based on pre-built templates.
Problem: The web frontier has left people and enterprise with a patchwork approach to web access, communication and security. Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Ning, LinkedIn like hundreds of social sites are essentially open and information about members is very public. Today's social sites don't address the requirements of groups, clubs and organizations that need role based communication, privacy, individual member communication and security preferences. Today, when a user posts something for a small group, the entire world has access to that information forever. Enterprises deploy more complex communications systems that compound the problems and ultimately make data sharing, privacy and interoperability unreliable and extremely challenging for the user.
Solution: GreenFly gives consumer, enterprise and first responders a multi-faceted SaaS platform located "in the cloud" with a template that securely organizes the associations structure and data-sharing between users (e.g., micro-social-network, enterprise). This is a robust platform for groups that do not want a world stage. Authentication, Authorization and Accounting are governed by telephony standards (private, spam-free and opt-in), not internet standards and does not require changes to user equipment or carrier preference. Our Web 3.0 standards include heightened security, real-time location, mapping, points-of-interest, ad-insertion, campaign management, geo-fencing, MIL-SPEC content management, interfaces to web 2.0 applications and communication on any network and technology.
Our intellectual property provides significant barriers to entry and would require a startup several years to compete and large player is barred from existing agreements and segmentation in the wireless operator market. As the only net-nuetral service provider that is also a wireless operator puts us in a very unique position.
