Aaron Solganick is the Founder, President and Managing Director of GEA and is an experienced technology investment banker. He has completed over $8.4 billion in transactions to date including M&A, private capital raises and IPO's. He has worked at top-tier and middle-market M&A firms and gained experience in complex transactions of most shapes and sizes. Prior to starting GEA, Aaron was a Senior Vice President for B. Riley & Co. (a Los Angeles based middle-market investment banking firm) and was a Vice President for KPMG Corporate Finance LLC in its investment banking subsidiary. His clients are globally focused technology firms and span from large corporations, smaller private companies to private equity firms. He began his career in 1993 at Bear Stearns & Co. and has over 18 years of experience.

Aaron has earned an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Southern Methodist University's (Cox School of Business) and a BBA in
Finance from the University of North Texas. He also completed additional graduate MBA studies at Rouen Business School (France).
He currently resides in Manhattan Beach, CA.
Chad Gardiner

Chad Gardiner is a senior investment banker and founding executive of GEA and is responsible for the execution of mergers & acquisitions for the firms clients. Chad has over 8 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets and has completed over $3 billion in transactions to date. Prior to joining GEA, he gained experience in M&A departments at Merrill Lynch, CIBC World Markets (NY) and Deutsche Bank (NY) were he was an Analyst and Associate investment banker. In addition, he also worked in private equity at The Yucaipa Companies, a Los Angeles based PE firm with over $30 billion in investments and acquisitions.
