Business model

We sell our hardware direct-to-consumer online and are also working with large distributors to get our products into specialty retailers. Our app is free to download, creating a low barrier to entry, which provides us with a continuously replenished list of warm leads we can upsell with our hardware, premium in-app features, and subscription services. As our audience grows, we will be able to provide brands with sponsored content and targeted marketing opportunities. We can also monetize the wealth of behavioral, location and social data we collect from users to B2B enterprise customers like insurance providers, vehicle manufacturers, apparel and hard goods brands, and more.

Competitive advantage

Unlike today's incumbents, we don't make hardware products with companion apps. We build powerful software first and then we create accessory devices that allow for new interactions between man and machine. The social framework of our platform appeals to groups of users and provides a strong network effect.
