FinCode Solutions is a boutique software and web application development firm based in the New York City. Our mission is to help our clients achieve their business goals by applying the latest technology trends to their business processes so they become more productive, more customer-centric, and more innovative.

The company was founded in early 2009 by Natalie Kaminski, a seasoned technology professional with over a decade of accomplishment-laden experience in the software development industry. Prior to launching FinCode Solutions, Natalie was the Chief Operating Officer at a technology service provider, where she was responsible for day-to-day operations across the company, including project management, customer service and account management, sales, strategic growth, and other functions.

Before that Natalie held a number of management positions and hands-on technical roles for several companies including Guidant Corporation (Boston Scientific), Prudential Financials, and Risk Management Foundation of Harvard Medical Institutions.

Natalie graduated cum laude with a BSBA degree in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University. She is also a certified Project Manager. As a person who is dedicated to professional growth and business networking, Natalie is a member of a number of professional associations including 100 Women in Hedge Funds, Project Management Institute, and Quality Management Association of New York.
