Team
Colonel Oliver Wimbleton Pepper IV Esq. BMI, Owner / Publisher, Falling Figs Music Publishing Company, BMI, has a name that is long enough for two of us, but it's just me, Rev. Trey Haltom, high priest, order of Melchezedek, Fountain of the World, Box Canyon, California, since 1967. Ordained First Church of God the Father by Bishop Claude Brimn. November 5, 1967, North Hollywood, California. and Madhavendra Puri, devotee priest ISKCON Phoenix, Bhaktivendenta Cultural Center, 100 South Weber, Chandler, Arizona.
We are all the same person: Colonel Pepper, Madhavendra Puri, and Rev. Trey Haltom (which in fact is short for George Harrison Haltom III). Some might think this is a manifestation of a certain form of mental illness, and label it accordingly. But, like I said in a previous incarnation, "Un-recognized Genius is nearly a proverb".
Business model
Our business model is based on our ability to create works of art that apeal to the auditory and visual senses of our fans. Once the creative process of writing and recording these songs is completed, the production aspect come into focus.
First we digitally master the individual sound tracks and compile them to produce the CD's Glass Master. This Glass Master is then shipped to a CD Manufacturer along with the Printed Inserts that make up the CD's Cover. Our finished product will be ready for distribution as soon as it is packaged and shrink wrapped. The cost of this process depends entirely on the initial quantity ordered, but even a small run can result in a per unit cost of close to one dollar each.
We are currently in negotiations with a major record label that has shown an interest in our body of work. If all goes well, and according to the plan, then global distribution and our introduction to a vast network of radio stations in the United States and abroad, is virtually assured. Colonel Pepper is the Phoenix Rising, and Falling Figs is his vehicle.
Competitive advantage
Colonel Oliver Wimbleton Pepper IV Esq. BMI is our competitive edge, because he is the Fifth Beatle. Colonel Pepper is the true Fifth Beatle and has kept this a secret for over forty years. In 1976, Governor Cliff Finch, of Mississippi bestowed upon Oliver Wimbleton Pepper IV, the title of Honorary Colonel in the State of Mississippi. The Governor enjoyed a very rare live performance at the Grammy Awards Party held at the Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, California.
Colonel Pepper owns Falling Figs Music Publishing Company BMI, and produces the videos and CDs for Rodney Paige and Trey Haltom. (Phoenix local brothers). The CD Colonel Pepper's Last Stand is currently in the hands of a renowned artist whom, it is reported by a reliable source, plans to mass produce the album on his major label.
There has been much speculation concerning the Fifth Beatle, and it has always been quite wrong. Only John Lennon and George Harrison knew for sure who they referred to. John wrote Come Together, describing the Fifth Beatle, and that description fits Colonel Pepper right down to the toe jam football, and the fact that one and one and one is three.
George Harrison and Colonel Pepper were God Brothers at the New Dwarka ISKCON Temple in West LA, near Venice Beach. Colonel Pepper designed and cultivated the George Harrison Memorial Gardens while George Harrison was very near by during his last days on earth. You can see Colonel Pepper in his black Hare Krishna Devotee clothing on ABC News coverage of the special service held in memory of George at the temple. The garden was on Venice Blvd at the corner of Watseka and Venice, and is depicted in many of Colonel Pepper's Video Picture Shows.
When the world awakens in 2010 to find out Colonel Pepper is indeed the Fifth Beatle, the Mysteries of this mighty angel will be revealed.
