is a serial entrepreneur. In 1975 he founded Microlife B.V., a company specializing in customer related services and training for mainframe environments. Clients included ING Bank, ABN-AMRO Bank and European Government Agencies, In 1987, Adrie sold the business , now500 employees, with an annual revenue of 22.5 million euro.
In 1989 Adrie founded I.C.T. Rijnhaave, an I.T. firm specializing in systems integration. Shareholders included Bank Paribas, NOM Capital, DBG Bank, AG, CIN/VEN and ACHMEA (insurance). After selling the company to Syntegra (a subsidiary of British Telecom) in 1996, he served on the Syntegra Board of Directors until 2001.
Adrie founded his third I.T. business, Plus Integration Supply Chain Solutions B.V. in 1997. During the subsequent 4 years, he built the global business solutions firm specializing in supply chain management and software services into a robust business with interests in the Netherlands, United States and the United Kingdom. Customers consisted of major pharmaceutical manufacturers based in the U.S. as well as many of the largest retailers in Europe.
Over the course of his professional career Adrie has served as an
advisor and board member for numerous successful private and public
companies including Residex Ventures, as Chairman.
In 2004 - Adrie co-founded OHM Inc., which specialises in assisting
technology companies achieve quicker and more effective sales results
by offering his considerable expertise, experience and access to his
global network of high level business contacts.
Adrie is Chairman of the Board for Blue Blood (Fashion) and member of the board of Active International and Triton Distribution Systems and was appointed in 2008 as Member of the Industrial Advisory Board at Kelly Business School at Indiana University.
Adrie and Marion are authors of the book "The N Factor - how Networking
can change the dynamics of your business", published in the US in May
2007.
Adrie contributes a weekly blog to E.Factor on Connecting/Networking - special meetings around the world.
Adrie has a black-belt in Martial Arts and ran the New York Marathon in 1994. He is an avid sportsman allround.
Marion Freijsen (Founder & CTO)
has had over 20 years of extensive entrepreneurial experience in International business with a primary focus on Technology and Sales Management. From an early start in Merchant Banking in London in 1987, she has worked solely in commercial roles at technology companies, at five different hi-tech start-ups.
Throughout her career – Marion has been successful in expanding the organisation's activities in greenfield regions across Europe. She has sold, or managed a wide variety of technology solutions ranging from highly complex enterprise solutions to serving the specific demands of on-line trading markets.
During the course of the past 20 odd years, Marion has set-up and managed offices in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands and built an extensive network amongst the financial services industry and blue-chip multi-national corporates across Europe and the US.
Marion is co-founder and Executive Board Member of OHM, and co-founder of The E.Factor and Cranevision. At E.Factor she has been responsible for the entire build from concept to finished product of the website and continues the development on an ongoing basis.
Marion is author of the book "The N-Factor - how Networking can
change the dynamics of your business", which she wrote with Adrie
Reinders and which was published in the US in May 2007.
She is a frequent speaker at events on Technology and Entrepreneurship
and Business Plan competition judge and panellist at Business Schools
globally. Marion writes a weekly blog on "Do's and Don'ts in
Entrepreneurship" on www.Efactor.com
Marion holds a degree in International Sales & Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.
Marion's main passion outside of E.Factor is sports - she participates in sports from waterskiing and paragliding to more regular sports such as running, mountainbiking, swimming and fitness. Her main achievements were in Triathlon - culminating in her participation in the 1994 World Championships for the Netherlands (Amateurs).
Roeland Reinders (Founder)
brings over 15 years experience as an entrepreneur, having led a number of start-up companies in the development of corporate strategy and implementation.
Roeland has been instrumental at the companies he has founded and/or managed for leading them successfully through periods of transition. Through his various roles – Roeland has extended his in-depth knowledge of managing technology companies. Over the past 15 years, Roeland has been able to build a solid contact network across Europe and the US.
Roeland is a 1994 graduate of Haarlem Business School, The Netherlands.
Aside from his work - Roeland is keen on sport activities such as Racing where he drove for BMW and Nissan dealer teams in Dutch national championships, won many prices. Won 24 hours of Franchorchamps with Nissan Skyline in his class. Many other cup races in the Netherlands, Benelux and Europe for Renault.
He played Waterpolo for many years (till 18 years old) in the Dutch National team. Became National Champion with his Club Team and participated in the Dutch National Swimming Championships for many years
Roeland is one of the co-founders of both OHM and the E.Factor. In additional Roeland holds a number of Advisorships such as the Tao Group B.V. , Amsterdam ( holding company of: Jimmy Woo and Suzy Wong) , Keiretsu (see www.keiretsu.nl), specialist in multi-media and advisor at Innoviting (www.innoviting.nl) and Ambitious People (www.ambitiouspeople.nl).
Rodney Sampson (Partner)
is a serial social entrepreneur, thought leader, author, motivator and global influencer. Building and implementing successful business models and movements from the ground up is his primary core competency. At 35, he simultaneously reaches into the worlds of business, foreign relations and faith. He regularly advises Heads of State, Global 2000 companies and Bishops that lead millions of constituents throughout the planet. Over the last 15 years, he has been involved with ventures that have gone on to generate more than $1B US in revenue worldwide.
His legacy purpose and passion is to mentor one million entrepreneurs to generate at least one million dollars, thus creating a new trillion dollar economy of people that will live by the mantra, “make money, have fun and do well". E. Factor is the catalyst for this passion.
Rodney is the Chairman of The Direction Movement, a General Overseer in Full Gospel and a trainer with Dr. John Maxwell’s EQUIP. For his contributions to humanity, Sampson was awarded The Phoenix Award - the City of Atlanta’s highest honor - by Mayor Shirley Franklin in 2004.
Rodney has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Tulane University, a MBA from Keller Business School, and an honorary Doctorate of Ministry degree from The International Gospel Fellowship Theological Seminary. He also attended the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine.
Rodney is the author of “Your Manifest Destiny: 7.5 Words to Transform Your Future" and “Trillion Dollar Universe".
Sampson, his wife and four children live in Atlanta, GA, their hometown.
Stephanie Frasco (Head of Marketing)
Stephanie
Frasco represents the new age Entrepreneur. Social by nature, Stephanie
has an organic approach to Social Media Marketing which continues to
thrive. After launching WhatCelebsWear.com, a searchable database for
fashion, shopping and celebrity style, in 2005, she found the internet
to be her oyster.
Through trial and error with her own websites, Stephanie knows what
works in online and influencer marketing. As a Social Media Marketing
Director, Stephanie has been very successful in utilizing web2.0
technologies to create and implement viral, influential, social media
strategies for clients in the entertainment, technology, and fashion
space.
Stephanie worked for Atlantic Records in the New Media Department,
where she produced live webcasts for Diddy, James Blunt, and Simple
Plan. In addition she created viral videos, email and SMS campaigns and
created overall social media strategies for various artists on the
label.
She currently heads the marketing department at E.Factor, the fastest
growing business community connecting Entrepreneurs and Investors both
online and off.
Daniel Ross (Partner UK)
Daniel graduated from Bristol University with an Honours degree in French and German. Having spent time working in both France and Germany, he has collected over 5 years UK experience working in media planning for both Omnicom and Publicis Groupe agencies. He has led teams in planning multi-media advertising campaigns for clients such as Vodafone and more recently Procter & Gamble. Daniel is now a partner of Influence, an independent design and brand consultancy. In August 2008, he joined the E.Factor team as their UK partner.
