Chirpit.Fm is a cross platform mobile app that allows users to communicate in a new way by using soundbites (typically 5 to 15 seconds) of popular culture that capture the essence of how they feel from movies/tv/music/sports/news current events. Its is essentially the electronic modern day equivalent of a greeting card but because it uses original audio it packs far more of an emotional punch than a greeting card ever could.
Its uniqueness lies in its categories which group soundbites by emotion. Example categories include "break up", "rant" "love u" "insults" "inspirational" "ghetto" "gay" etc etc. There is currently an "alpha" version working with 30-50 users and the feedback has been nothing short of tremendous. We believe in this age of instant gratification and reality show craziness Chirpit will be a new social barometer of popular culture and show instantly "whats trending" not to mention a new way for people to communicate- especially teens/tweens. The team behind Chirpit are seasoned professionals who collectively have worked more than 100 years experience working in tech/media/music.
Revenue comes from several sources including "paid sponsered Chirps" which will happen after every 10 chirps and click through revenue from a "buy" button located under each Chirp which will link to our Chrpit banded Amazon store. There will also be an ad sponsered :chirp of the day". We believe Chirpit also solves one of the big problem facing mobile advertisers: " how to make an inpactful ad on a small screen" as it essentially uses a radio model of audio advertising.

ROB DELF STRATEGIST/TECHNOLOGIST
ROB DELF is a technology entrepreneur with a track record of success. His career spans diverse roles in consulting, new media businesses, web-based software development, and information technology. He has lead the pursuit, sale, and delivery of business strategy and technology projects for some of the largest media businesses in the world. From 2003 through 2007 he launched the Business Systems group at Tryarc and was an integral player in growing the team from about 5 employees to over 100 full time consultants and served as the partner in charge of the media and entertainment business vertical. In 2007 Tryarc was acquired by The Revere Group, the North American consulting unit of NTT Data. He has since moved on to create RightsLine – a software as a service solution for Rights Owners, and serves on the board of several startups.
ELLIS RICH, OBE CLEARANCE
Ellis Rich gives Chirpit the inside track on global content clearance by utilizing the many relationships he formed in his many years as Chairman of the United Kingdoms Performance Rights Society ( PRS). The is the very society Chirpit needs clearance from for its Content. Ellis was awarded an OBE in 2011 for “services to music publishing”
MARVIN HOWELL VISIONARY/CREATOR
Marvin Howell is a music industry veteran of more than 30 years and has been instrumental in the discovery & development of globally recognized artists with sales of more than 50 million records. Marvin has worked with artists as diverse as Celine Dion, Enrique Iglesias and Christian Aguilera and most recently he was involved in the early development of Lady GaGa’s career and upcoming star Porcelain Black. His constant involvement and love for popular culture led him to create chirpit.fm as a tool for people to express what they are feeling using sound bites from all of today's pop culture. In addition to Chirpit he is currently developing a movie property with Simon Cowell.
