These short proactive tasks are designed to help you get ahead of home maintenance. With BrightNest you will protect the value of your largest asset, save money by reducing energy consumption, repair costs and reactive maintenance costs. 

About The Founders: BrightNest was founded by homebuilding expert Allen Shulman and technology expert Justin Anthony. Allen, a custom homebuilder from Chicago, spent 25 years building his client's dream homes, and partnered Justin Anthony, a good friend and former managing director at a Fortune 500 company, to build BrightNest.
