Kevin Arrow is the owner of same day courier company Arrow Light Haulage. He started the business from scratch after 14 years in a variety of management roles in the transport industry. Kevin quickly established that there were few sustainable, viable couriers who were environmentally aware. In 2007 he won two regional business award - Environmental Awareness and Best use of Science and Technology.

 

He devised 'The Complete Courier Guide' and began to mentor start up businesses and coach fellow couriers on how to make their businesses more profitable.

All that said and done, he can often be found behind the wheel meeting and delivering for new customers.

 

Sarah, married the boss and become immersed in the business. She arranges the social media for Arrow Light Haulage and has been interviewed on the radio regarding their innovative use of twitter. She has subsequently wrote a guide to enable couriers to get more from twitter.
