Francisco was born in Buenos Aires on July 16th, 1973. He is married to Pía Segura, and has four sons. He was educated in St. Brendan´s College (Buenos Aires - Argentina) and he is a lawyer graduated from the Argentina Catholic University (1997). Although Francisco is a practicing lawyer, he has developed an entrepreneurial profile specialized in technology businesses. At the early age of 23 years old he founded Amarata.com (sold to PSINet a couple of years later). He then helped to start the Technology Law practice in M. & M. Bomchil Law Firm. He then becomes part of Itegra where he developed several businesses related to the Mobile Industry (Topkash, M4biz, Mundo Movil, Mobile2biz). Lately, he left his regional position at Net People International, the top mobile integrator that merged last year with Mobile2biz, in order to take care of his duties as member of the board of several companies.
As Legal Director: General Practice, Corporate, Contractual, Deal Structuring, M & A, Intelectual Property Rights, Entertainment, Consumer´s acts, and the direction of outsourced specialized legal advice.

Antonio studied Laws at Buenos Aires University (1992-1998) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, attending a specialization in “Derecho Informático y nuevas tecnologias”, in the same university. After graduation, Antonio started up Cardecom S.A developer of Novacash, a non banking debit card company, in Argentina. Novacash was the first non banking debit card system in Latin America for buying on internet, mobile phones and money send system. Antonio and his partner roll out the company through Latin America (1999-2001), developing offices in Brazil, Chile, and Argentina, backed up by Venture Capital partners from Argentina and United States. In December 2000, the company signed a sale option with Western Union International, a First Data company. Antonio kept working at the company, and after a six month period, and the consolidation of the company. Antonio left the day to day activities in the company (2001) and started up with one of his partners in Novacash, Itegra (www.itegra.com.ar) a technology businesses development company. With Headquarters in Buenos Aires, ITegra developed different technology businesses in Argentina since 2001, such as Mobile2biz (www.mobile2biz.com and www.futmovil.com), merged in 2006 with Netpeople International (www.netpeople.com). MundoMovil S.A which after a successful rollup in Argentina was sold to Cargaya S.A. (www.cargaya.com) and TopKash International (www.topkash.com) a mobile-payment company. Today Antonio heads and manages Iken Solutions ( www.ikensolutions.com) strategy; he is in charge of developing the Americas rollup of the company

José is VP Commercial for Iken solutions. José worked at CTI Móvil – www.cti.com.ar -(GTE, Verizon and actually hold by América Móvil) expanding international roaming agreements and launching SMS services and content business (1998-2000) in the Marketing department. During 2001 he joined Telefónica Movistar’s – www.movistar.com.ar -business development department in Argentina where he worked on the launching of new services, coordinating the development of the new company´s website, defining premium content strategy, managing commercial relationship with aggregators, national and international licensors. During 2003 he got elected for a Corporate exchange program with Movistar Spain – www.movistar.es -, where he joined the Spanish business development team. In 2006 José joined Itegra - www.itegra.com.ar - a technology business development company, with headquarters in Buenos Aires. Itegra developed different technology businesses in Argentina since 2001, such as TopKash International - www.topkash.com - a mobile payment company, Mobile2biz - www.mobile2biz.com and www.futmovil.com -, bought by Netpeople International -www.net-people.com - in 2006 and Cellent Américas. On November of 2008 Cellent was bought by Iken Solutions.

Altergaia advisory helped with Wallaby's rollout in Argentina. We incorporated a local company, registered it before the tax authorities, opened a banking account, and overview the headhunt of its General Manager.
We commercialized Cellent´s bulk messaging services in Latin American with Mobile Network Operators. We also rendered several admionistrative services (collection of invoices and payment to suppliers) to them. www.cellent.com
We are deeply involved in the management of Iken Solutions. Initially it all started in early 2007 with a representation agreement for Latin America. At mid 2008 the commercial relationship grew to a equity participation in the Indian Holsing Company. We helped to make the business plan, raise capital, encouraged to take part in international contests (which were awarded with several prizes). Orugga, chiefly engaged in creating mobile transactional solutions and value added services for network operators, enterprises and money transfer companies. Orugga team has extensive expertise in the mobile and financial market developing diferent solutions for big brands.
