Aeforia is pioneering a disruptive model for distributing ebook content that will deliver a fully-immersive, interactive, multi-media experience through a proprietary platform. The distribution model is premised on delivering core ebook and multi-media content for free on a branded-website but requiring the purchase of "interactive keys" to access areas of the "multi-media experience" (e.g. interactive games, applications, community involvement, interactive storytelling etc.) These "interactive keys" will be custom-designed and pre-loaded with proprietary software that will: (a) interface with the website to unlock interactive features; (b) serve as a platform for collectible media & games; (c) provide a "dynamic link" to each user for customized content updates and centrally managed advertising; and (d) facilitate unified user management and data tracking. Management believes this platform can be leveraged across the entertainment industry for multiple applications and could serve as a new model for delivering and/or marketing content with high user customization, particularly to the youth market. Management intends to evolve the online experience to a 3-D virtual world and develop the first proprietary closed-end ecosystem (hardware, software, applications) that is based on a content property.
