Henry Wong, CEO
As CEO, Henry oversees the execution of Adgregate Markets's strategic vision and direction. He has experience building and exiting companies as a legal advisor, operations executive, and principal investor. As a Partner with Novus Ventures and Artemis Ventures, Henry helped build and raise over $200 million in corporate and venture financing for companies. He also served on the Board of Directors for AdECN, Inc. (NASDQ: MSFT), the world's first exchange marketplace for online display advertising. Previously, he was a co-Founder of WeWin.com, a video sharing website. Henry holds a J.D. and MBA from American University in Washington, D.C.
John Underwood, COO
As COO, John is responsible for network growth, advertiser and publisher recruitment, and ad network operations. John has extensive experience with transformative advertising businesses, having developed cross-platform advertising deals for AOL Time Warner and subsequently working to transform AOL into a scalable media sales business. As Vice President of AOL's AIM messaging group, John launched innovative rich-media advertising products, led business development, and managed AIM's developer program, with a focus on growing the reach, engagement and monetization of the leading U.S. instant messaging service with over 30 million users. John holds a J.D. from New York University.
Jerry Lyons, CFO
Jerry is responsible for leading all accounting and financial activities for Adgregate Markets. Prior to joining Adgregate Markets, Jerry was the Chief Financial Officer for AdECN (NASDAQ: MSFT), and Chief Operating and Financial Officer for UGO Networks (Hearst Corporation), a multi-faceted Internet company with revenue streams from an e-commerce store, content networks, ad serving, and web design and hosting services. The company grew from two employees to over 200 from its inception in 1997 until 2000. From 1996 to 1998, Jerry was the Chief Financial Officer of InterWorld Corporation, an e-commerce tools and design company that grew from 25 employees to over 250 and went public in 1998. Previously, Jerry was Chief Financial Officer at MCI/News Corp Internet Ventures, where he helped build an integrated content provider business, including high speed networks, customer billing systems, and a content production infrastructure. Jerry began his career at Arthur Andersen in New York. He graduated from Georgetown University with a BSBA in Accounting in 1980.
Manny Berrios, CTO
Mr. Berrios has 17 years of extensive technology leadership and entrepreneurial experience as Chief Technology Officer of several Internet Media and technology services companies. Prior to joining Adgregate Markets, Mr. Berrios was founder and CTO of in2apps.com a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform providing a new delivery model for online publishers to immediately and effortlessly deploy powerful enterprise level Distributed Rich Internet Applications for social networking, online classifieds e-commerce and self service advertising. Mr. Berrios previously founded and served as CTO of inTRUST Technologies, a full service IT solutions provider. Prior to inTRUST, Mr. Berrios served as CTO for UGO Networks Inc. In this capacity Mr. Berrios built UGO Networks technology infrastructure where he developed UGO's advertising network and led UGO's e-commerce initiatives. Prior to joining UGO Networks, Mr. Berrios held the CTO positions of several online gaming startups including ActionWorld, Playlink.com and Gamedealer.com. Mr. Berrios has also held various management positions at ICON CMT, Lehman Brothers, YWARE Inc., and IT Labs.
VP, Marketing & Client Services
Du Nguyen manages all network and marketing initiatives at Adgregate Markets. In his role as VP of Marketing, Du is responsible for ad network operations and marketing activities. Prior to joining Adgregate Markets, Du was in charge of telco and financial services marketing programs for Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL). Du has also managed marketing programs for Microsoft, Lowe's Home Improvement, FedEx Kinko's and Delta Airlines. Du has also held various marketing and product management positions at CA, Nimblefish, Sun Microsystems, and Digital Impact. Du holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington.
