Founded in late 2008, based on technolgy developed at Harvard University and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, with target indications for lead drug candidates in hematologic malignancies including multiple myeloma ($10bn existing market) and rheumatoid arthritis ($20bn existing market).  Small molecule lead drug candidates are in late-stage lead optimization transitioning to GLP preclinical safety-toxicology studies during 2009.
