Marian F. Sabety is a founder of Wyndstorm Corporation and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since March 12, 2008. Ms. Sabety founded Wyndstorm Corporation in August 5, 2006 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. She launched commercial programs in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years. She has an extensive experience in executive program management and systems integration. She has particular experience in implementing large scale automated database marketing and secure, network-based private collaborative applications. She always focused on leveraging innovative technologies for industry-wide value that use leading edge technologies-including voice recognition, security protocols, advanced network signaling protocols, virtual private networks, or wireless platforms for custom enterprise, or commercial programs. He held significant positions with AT&T, WorldCom, Sprint, Cap Gemini, American Management Systems, SAIC and Stanford Research Institute Venture Consulting for 25 years. Ms. Sabety founded YFonGlobal. She serves as Chairman and Director of Wyndstorm Corporation. Ms. Sabety holds a B.A. and B.S in Biology from Barnard College of Columbia University. Ms. Sabety also holds M.S. in Biology from University of Maryland and an M.B.A. in Marketing from University of Southern California.

 

Lawrence A. McLernon has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of McLernon Enterprises Inc., a holding company since September 1991. Mr. McLernon has over 35 years of professional experience serving the telecommunications and high tech industries. From October 2000 to September 2002, he served as Executive Vice President of Dynegy Inc. and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dynegy Global Communications, a principal business segment of Dynegy Inc. He founded and served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Extant, Inc. from September 1998 to September 2000 and also served as its Director. He Co-Founded PacketPort.com Inc. and served as its Chairman. He began his career in the Bell system with assignments at New York Telephone and Bell Telephone Laboratories. Mr. McLernon serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of YFonGlobal, LLC. He has been a Director of Brocade Services Corporation (formerly, Computer Network Technology Corp.) since September 2001. He serves as Director of PacketPort.com Inc. He has also served on various philanthropic and civic boards. Mr. McLernon holds a bachelor's degree from St. Bonaventure University.

 

Richard D. Rose has been Chief Financial Officer of Wyndstorm Corporation since October 2006. Mr. Rose has more than thirty years of financial and business management experience including over 8 years of service as the Chief Financial Officer for both publicly traded and privately held technology organizations. Mr. Rose served as Chief Financial Officer of Penril Datacomm Networks Inc. since November 1994. Mr. Rose served as Vice President of Finance at Penril Datacomm Networks Inc. since February 1994; Principal Accounting Officer since December 1990 and its Corporate Controller since 1988. Most recently, he served as president and owner of a direct marketing and printing company. Previously, Mr. Rose served as Chief Financial Officer of Sonus Communications, Inc. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Chart Works Inc. and Netrix Corp. Mr. Rose holds a B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Ithaca College.

 

Dave Nestler serves as a Chief Operating Officer of Wyndstorm Corporation. Mr. Nestler served as Vice President for American Management Systems, with expertise in database marketing, banking-clearing systems, calling technologies. He involved 20+ years in Executive Program Management positions to support large-scale technical projects for Fortune 100 clients, including AT&T, Ameritech, Nynex, Disney Mobile, Verisign. Mr. Nestler holds B.S. degree from Illinois Institute of Technology.

 

Charles Lee Hamilton has been Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Wyndstorm Corporation (formerly, YFonGlobal LLC) since March 12, 2008 and August 2006 respectively. Mr. Hamilton has more than 20 years of experience launching new companies and major corporate initiatives based on leading edge Internet and wireless technologies. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Wyndstorm since August 5, 2006. He served as Technology Director of the Telecommunications Group of Stanford Research Institute (SRI) venture consulting, where he led projects to define the 21st century communication and services strategy for major corporations like Sprint PCS and for SRI-backed communications start-ups. Mr. Hamilton had key technical and marketing roles in the development and commercialization of wireless Internet and digital media technologies and services at other companies including Metricom, Siemens, Sandia National Labs and a Pixar joint venture. He spent 20 years in Senior Engineering Positions in wireless and edge internet technologies including Siemens, Metricom, Sandia National Labs, Pixar and Stanford Research Institute. He serves on the Technology Board of a Silicon Valley venture firm to evaluate the commercial potential of new communications technologies and services. Mr. Hamilton holds a B.A. in Zoology from University of Rhode Island, an M.A. in Biology from California State University Humboldt and an M.S. in Computer Science from California State University Chico.

Business model

Wyndstorm's business model is to generate both initial revenue for setting up internet web sites for social networking by business customers and recurring revenues based upon, in turn, the number of customers of such business visiting such website. Wyndstorm believes its software is currently more feature-rich than those of its competitors such as Ning.
