Welcome Express, Inc.

As a local business, we work closely with local civic and community organizations - in addition to the sponsors - so that our total offering adds value for both the new resident and the sponsor. As a result, the Welcome Express package is the largest, most comprehensive package of its type new home-owners will receive after their move.
Accelerating the link between new home-owners, local businesses, city resources and city leadership helps foster that all important "sense of community" we all strive for.

Melinda Stone and Michael Schoenwald manage the business.  Each has over twenty+ years in the advertising field.  Detailed bios available upon request.

Company founded in 1986.  We purchased it in pieces, between 1/03 and 7/06.  Incorporated in 2006 (S-Corp.) Married couple, co-owners.  Service area is South Orange County, CA.  Entire offering consists of 3 print products and 3 online prodicts serving B to C, but our customers are B to B.  Looking to License others for one of our products (print + online) in other US cities.

No direct competition in our field, although many other vehicles in our market.  Large growth opportunities in some unique niches.
