Greg Theisen (CEO)

Greg brings over twenty years of technology management, development andsystems operating experience to Kindle. Experienced in startups, he was afounding member of NextWave Telecom Inc. a Wireless Communications company; heheld a wide variety of key positions over his tenure. At NextWave he developeddecision support software utilized in the acquisition of NextWave’s PCSLicenses, managed the development of Operational Support Systems for amulti-vendor PCS network environment, Vice President of Information Technologyand as VP of Product Development was part of the team developing the company’snew product strategies. Prior to NextWave Greg was at Nynex Science andTechnology where he lead a team in the development of a spatial collaboration& engineering design system for the mobile communications industry.

Gene Shklover, PhD (CFO)

Gene has more than twenty years experience in technical and managementdisciplines in multiple industries. Gene is a co-founder of GRTCorporation, a premier IT solution provider. At GRT he directs the overalloperations while managing strategic alliances and overseeing the recruiting,personnel, and financial functions of the company. In addition, he leads thedevelopment of the company strategy and is responsible for the company'sfinancial plans, policies, and accounting practices. Gene holds an MSdegree in Industrial Engineering from the Moscow Power Engineering Instituteand a Ph.D. degree in Physics from the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Viktor Litvinov (CSO)

Withmore than twenty years in the computer industry, Viktor has extensiveexperience in the integration of complex software solutions, and the design anddevelopment of distributed database and data warehousing systems. As a co-founderof GRT, Viktor oversees the delivery of all consulting services to GRT'sclients and manages the company’s sales and marketing functions. In addition,he establishes objectives, plans, and policies for the company, oversees thedevelopment of strategic initiatives, and represents the GRT organization toits clients, the financial community, and the public. Prior to founding GRT, Viktor had over fifteen years experience in senior software engineeringand management positions. He holds an MS degree in Electrical Engineering fromthe Kiev Polytechnic University.

Vitaly Dubravin (COO)

Vitaly has more than twenty years of leadership and management experience. Hehas led both national and international programs, including Business PerformanceManagement, Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence and ApplicationDevelopment and System Integration for many clients. A highly experiencedpractice manager, Vitaly has extensive expertise in both traditionalwaterfall and innovative agile delivery approaches. His proven experience inmanagement of offshore resources is invaluable in Kindle’s development efforts.Prior to joining Kindle Innovations he ran Consulting Services of GRTCorporation, was a Practice Manager of Hewlett-Packard Consulting organizationand a Project Manager of Deloitte & Touche. He holds a Master’s degree inElectrical Engineering from the Moscow Institute of Electronic Engineering inRussia and is a Project Management Institute Certified Project ManagementProfessional (PMP).
