Janice A. Miller is a strategic consultant, facilitator and coach with 25 years of experience across diverse industries, including high tech, manufacturing, distribution, services, and consumer products.

She understands the real world challenges faced by her clients, having served as the former Strategy Vice President of a $12 billion global technology corporation as well as Human Resources Vice President in companies with 200 to 10,000 employees.

With a unique combination of leadership experience in finance, strategic planning, and organization development, Janice has led successful initiatives to improve market growth and profitability in companies of every size. She enjoys working with startups because of the passion of the leaders and the opportunity to help build something new.

Her credentials include an MBA from Arizona State University and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona. She holds certificates in behavioral assessment, group facilitation, and coaching.
